Brillianity is the melding of the words brilliant and humanity. Why? Because Brillianity exists to bring out the incredible and unlimited potential of humans.
We believe in the potential of lifelong learning, and are working towards changing the narrative from “the only learning worth doing is the learning that progresses my career” to “learning is the way to improve my life, the life of the people around me, and the potential for good in this world”.
All forms of learning are valid and important, and at Brillianity we are building a better way for adults to learn, focusing on lesson delivery, course creation and community building.
There is more to life than work, and we hold so much more potential than we have even begun to tap into.

At Brillianity, our vision is for a world where all adults are given the opportunity to tap into their potential. We envision a world where adult education is about exploring our curiosities, with the goal of creating a better educated, and more fulfilled population who focuses on the potential of what could be. We believe the best ideas to improve our world are locked inside each and every person, and we are on a mission to unlock the potential that exists inside all of us.

Our Approach
It's a big vision, and it's going to take some serious planning. Here's Brillianity's approach:
Using every resource:
The world is an ever changing landscape, and the resources we have at our fingertips now are more diverse than ever before. We believe in using all of the resources at our disposal - from in person tools, to online platforms - every resource has its place.
Building a world of learners:
We're not just helping to build courses and Communities, we're working to build a world of learners, by changing the narrative on adult education from “the only learning worth doing is the learning that progresses my career” to “learning is the way to improve my life, the life of the people around me, and the potential for good in this world”.
Empowering positive change:
We're building courses that empower positive change, a change that results in a betterment of your life, your students' lives, and the lives of the world around you.
Community is at the core:
We believe that the most impactful change happens in Community. All of our programs promote, and teach, the importance of building empowering Communities.

Our focus is to support you on your journey, regardless of the obstacles you face along the way. We're here to form the backbone of your empowering Community.
Our Values
Learning is for everyone:
There is no "right" or "wrong" course. There is no "better" or "worse" topic. A course that allows you to improve your life, and the lives of those around you, is ALWAYS a good program. The most life changing learning is the learning that happens when you explore your curiosity.
Personal growth is the way to world growth:
Positive change happens first from inside. When we work on tapping into our personal potential, we unlock our potential to help make the world a better place.
All forms of learning are valid:
There is no "one right way" to deliver and absorb a course. The key to accessibility and success is in using all of the resources we have available to us. We are gifted with so many different platforms for connection and change, we believe it is time to embrace the potential in all of them.
How we teach matters:
Teaching is a skill, and like any other skill we must invest time in learning how to do it properly. Simply being an expert in your field does not automatically make you a great teacher in that field. We believe in building a world full of exceptional teachers, and valuing teaching as the key to tapping into human potential.
We are more than just "what we do":
In a world driven by money, it is easy to believe that our potential and worth is defined by our careers (and yes, mother/fatherhood is a career, even if it is an unpaid one). But we are SO much more than just what we do. We believe in your potential to be interesting humans, driven by curiosity, and a lifelong desire to learn new and interesting things.
We deserve meaningful and close connection:
It's not about the number of connections you have, it's about how meaningful they are. We all deserve to feel supported and encouraged on our unique journeys. We believe learning and community are intrinsically entwined, and must be built together.
